Contacting your User Administrator
|
Your User Administrator will be able to help you with
problems that you may encounter in the XHIBIT Portal.
User Administrators are each responsible for a group of users
in the XHIBIT Portal. They can approve user registrations or remove users from
the system, and they can change their personal details. Your User
Administrator can also assist you with registration or if you forget your
password.

To find your User Administrator
Your User Administrator is the same person who helps you to
gain access to the XHIBIT Portal. This person would have provided you with your
initial password after approval. This is the same person within your
organisation who assists you with all software application queries.
You can also find your User Administrator on the Portal:
Under the Profile tab, you will now find a Your Administrators tab, listing the first 5 local user administrators for your unit with their relevant phone and email contact details. If you cannot log into the Portal at present then ask a colleague within your organisational unit to log in and find your local User Administrator.
